Need help transferring photo from Sony Ericsson T616 to Desktop PC

Hi guys,

I just wanted to know if there is a way to transfer the pictures that I have in my Sony Ericsson phone to my computer. It is a desktop computer with Windows Professional software. Any help would be appreciated.
