ConfigFree or another software like a radar

Hi for all!
My friend shared with me the ConfigFree software. He has a Toshiba Notebook.

Who don´t know this software, it looks like an aeroplane radar.

I have a Dell notebook and I would like to use this software.
But on the application starts, I have this message: Does not function in this system.

Is possible to do the software work with my computer?
Do you know any software like ConfigFree?
