Another V710 problem

This has probably already been posted but I am new to the group and would
appreciate any help that can be thrown my way. I am on my third V710 in
less than a year (I know) and am having probs pairing my HS850. I didn't
have a prob with my second V710 but with my 3rd it would pair and then lose
the connection after I would charge the headset. Then I would have to
re-pair the headset and that worked until now I cannot get the phone to find
the headset at all. I am confusculated...any ideas?
