Bluetooth phone and pc help

Hello everyone,
New on here and i have a question, does anybody know of any software that will allow me to make and recieve phone calls, via a bluetooth connection with a cell phone, on a PC?

For example if someone calls my cell, it will come up on my pc like a hands free earpiece, i will push a button on screen and answer the call and i will use my PC mic and speakers to take the call.
