CK3100 connection to Qtek 9090

I do have some problems with connecting my Qtek9090 to the parrot CK3100.
I am advised to update my Bluetooth. I do have version BT-PPC/PE version
1.0.0 Build 2200
Bluetooth for Windows CE
Is there any body who can help me this update?
