Help with 3COM 3C886

I'm trying to set up a wireless network at home. I have a desktop running XP home and a laptop running 2000 Pro. I purchased a AT&T 6800G and had no problem with network setup. I live in the country so no access to DSL or cable. Since I have to use dialup I recently got a 3COM 3C886 but have been unable to get it set up and working. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
