Q: BT signal strength?

Hello,

I am interested in writing an app under Win32 or WinCE that uses the Bluetooth signal strength from an another Bluetooth device. Can anyone provide me with some information as to how I might do this? The intended target platform is an O2-XDA2 PocketPC for a localisation experiment.
