I had an 820 which does not have the boom mic and also has a lesser bluetooth format ...got the 850 and at first had remourse inasmuch as the 820 was completely unnoticable on my ear and the 850 wasn't ...then I read up and found you can pull off the rubber edge that surrounds the speaker on the ear surface ...it's a kind of grommet that has a funny circular shape ...it can be put back on too! Once off, problem resolved ...comfort is great ...did not try it with eyeglasses so cannot comment, but you may want to try to remove that thing!

And the new H700 is even smaller and 'more unnoticable' than the 850 was...
And they did away completely with that stupid fragile piece of rubber..:-)

Only thing is that the H700 doesn't seem to have nearly the range of the 810
and 820 that I previously used. With those, I could go to the other end of
the house (about 40 feet) and it would just start to 'crackle' on the BT.
The 700 only gets about half that far..

Other than that, I love the new H700. It also uses the newer (and supposedly
more reliable) mini USB charging connector. It also has multiple color LED
on it that gives a much better indication of the charging status (red when
it starts, turning to sort of a yellowish when it's partly charged, and
green when it's fully charged).

I looked at removing the grommet, but it appeared to be really tight and was
concerned about tearing it. Will give that a try to see if that stops the
floppiness.

I have the HS810 and was a little leery about pulling on it also. Just
grab an edge and pull, it comes right off, no damage, and it is well
worth it. The fit is like night and day. No more wobble and the
comfort level goes way up.

Thanks! I found that the grommet has four tabs that attach it to the ear
piece. Popped it off and the fit is much better!
