Bluetooth and PC / PDA

This might not be the correct forum - please advise if so .... but ....
maybe someone can assist?

My Axinm X30 PDA can connect OK with every device but my PC - which is
bluetooth enabled.
The pc connects to a nokia phone etc withput any hassles, but each time
the PDA tries to connect, I get an error message to say that it was
'unable to establish a connection' - and that's all it says.

As far as I can tell, all the settings on the PC are ok - otherwise the
nokia wouodn't connect.

Any ideas?
