Default Linking 2 WiFi nets

I need some assistance. I have two networks mine and my parents. 2 different houses about 150ft apart. They have Rouadrunner lite while I have 15MB high speed. I have a Belkin Wifi router & they have a Linksys wrt54g router.

Below is a picture I think give a better illustration.

QUESTION: How best to ling both Wifi LANS together on seperate subnets with WiFi. I don't want to have to bury Cat5 cable. I live in Florida and Cat5 cable outside is inviting lightning to zap it.

Any help would be great!!

Thanx
