Angry Bluetooth Nightmare!

Hello all,
I wonder if anyone can help me out here.
I have installed Blue Soleil Bluetooth software to my XP computer, with some frustration, and am continually encountering problems.
The main problem is that as soon as I restart the computer (a requirement to complete the software set up), I am subsequently unable to log on to the internet (via my PC, in the usual fashion).
I have a broadband connection, not dial up, but I am completely thrown as to what I can do to fix this problem.
The only way I am able to log back online after this installation, is to completely ininstall the Bluetooth software, or do a system restore to get rid of it - of course then I am back to square one!
Any suggestions? can anyone please help me?
PS - I did EXACTLY the same on my work PC (windows 2000), and it worked FINE! how frustrating!
Please help?
Thanks, Alex

I got bluesux (soliel) with a dongle I purchased and it is not very friendly or useful in my opinion. I even went to the company website and downloaded a newer version and had the same problem you describe, only with windows 2000. It seems unable to do much of anything except push a business card to my Axim.

Default varied problems with the installation of Dongle as wells when I start synchronization

I too have varied problems with the installation of Dongle as wells when I start synchronization of my MOTOROLA SLVR L7 mobile with the PC.
  • Firstly, the pairing is notified and number feed in the mobile. The system thereafter notifies the setup has failed. This after the mobile is identified by the setup.
  • Secondly, the ADSL router gets corrupt and sites are not opened by the IE6 explorer. The router is thereafter reset and setup process are repeated and the IE6 becomes operational.
Can suggestion OR a proven experience help me resolve
