IVT Bluesoleil problems

Okay, let me start by saying I'm probably the last person on earth still using WinME.....don't give me any s*#@t.....

I just got the ivt usb adapter and I keep getting an error that the "pan network is disabled. Please enable it." I wish I could. Also, at start up it tells me to make sure outlook xp is installed. I don't use outlook............Any help at all out there? Is ME the problem?
