Can I use a bluetooth headset with a laptop and GPS software

In my motorhome I am running GPS software on my laptop. I have a headset connected for voice commands to and from the laptop. I want to go wireless and want to know if I can us a dongle and a cell phone headset? If so, any recommandations on which headset to use?
