Send voice from Mobile to PC

Hi,
I'm trying to write an application for mobile phone that will send voice over bluetooth to the pc.
Does anyone knows how to do that?
After Phone and PC have been bluetooth connected , how am I suppose to make voice from my cell be sent to pc without calling anyone and dialing to service provider?

hi,

as far as i am aware it is not possible with any mobile phone to use the phone as a microphone to send voice data live to the pc.

It is possible however to do it with a bluetooth headset.
