Why text file received by BT become "unknown" while received by irda is "note"?

Maybe I will try explain where exactly is my problem:

There is program OSList-1.6 (Optimal Shopping List Maker),
It prepare shopping list and can send it to mobile by
Irda or by Bluetooth. If I prepare that list and send
it by Irda I got "note" on my Nokia, that is OK, I like it.
But when I send it by BT I got file I can`t even open in
my phone. Most strange is that when I tried it on my second PC
it work in Irda and in BT correct (I got "note" with shopping list).
One difference is that on "god" PC I have BT dongle with Toshiba
software, and on "bad" I have widcomm.
Dis you know about any parameter in widcomm software I can change to
make program work correct? I like this program, but I prefer BT over Irda.
Is anyone on this group who has OSList working correct with widcomm
Bluetooh?

And second question about same program is offtopic:
Another program feature is that program prepare html page with list and
fine checkboxes I like it very much :-). This HTML work correct with
Mozilla on Windows, on Nokia 6230 javascript isn`t wornking and it can`t
save marked checkboxes.
But what about Symbian? I haven`t phone with Symbian, but if it has as
god html browser as mozilla maybe it is time to change my phone?
Is here someone with symbian phone who can answer my question?
