Difficulty with Motorola Mobile Phone Tools and V3

Having trouble setting up MPT and my Razor V3. It works OK on my Dell laptop
with a built-in Bluetooth, but on a Dell Dimension 2400 with a Targus BT
adapter I can't get MPT to "find" it. I am able to pair the phone with the
computer, though, just not recognized by MPT. I can get the phone hooked up
with a USB cable.

Any suggestions for Bluetooth?
