download some Outlook 2003 contacts to my Sharp GX15 mobile

I'm trying to download some Outlook 2003 contacts to my Sharp GX15 mobile.

I use Windows XP Home Edition. I select the contact in Outlook 2003 and then
File - Send File to Bluetooth. For most of the contacts it downloads

without any problem although for some contacts (it appears mainly for
contacts that have more fields completed than just the basic name and phone

numbers, etc.) I get an error message on the phone of 'Card rejected' and
then on the laptop 'The request could not be honored'.

Any advice as to why there is this apparent inconsistency would be very much
appreciated.
