Bluetooth dongle+My bluetooth places

My bluetooth dongle worked worked fine on XP transferring files to my
phones. I've since seem to have added "My Bluetooth Places" to my control
panel and my computer, since doing this i cannot seem to send anything via
my dongle. It shows a error saying that the recieving party has not
accepted, this happens without anything showing on the phone. I've tried
with daughters phone which used to be ok but i still have the same problem.
Any ideas anybody please??? Is there a way to remove the My bluetooth places
or any other basic error which i'm missing.
