Default Makeshift PA system w/ headset+car kit?

I have a 15 passenger van in which I give guided tours. My goal is to use a BT wireless headset to stream the headset mic signal through the vehicle stereo speakers so people sitting in the back can hear the narration. I have seen this in other vehicles but am not certain BT was in use.

Can I use a headset along with a BT car stereo head unit or (better yet) a BT car kit adapter as a psuedo PA system without involving a cell phone? I have no BT devices currently, but will happily buy some if this strategy will work.

TIA - Bill
