Default measure the distance between 2 bluetooth enabled device

Hello everyone, I need help how to get the signal strength and link quality of bluetooth device to compute the distance..
For the information, I'll make Location Aware Computing using bluetooth in VB.net application for the access point.
If I can get the signal strength, then theoritically I can get the rough of distance..
Anybody can help me?

Thanx in advance ..
