computer bluetooth sync with Razr

I have the Verizon cdma razr and a Microsoft bluetooth chip in my computer. it came with my wireless keyboard and mouse.

i have no problems syncing my phone and computer using the bluetooth capabilities, however i cannot figure out how to transfer files to my phone. i know it can be done because using different bluetooth software at work i was successfully able to do this.

anyone have any suggestions how to load files on? i originally thought it would just pop in my computer, but it doesn't. When i synced it at work i used the software that came with the bluetooth chip. how do i do that with the microsoft software.

any advice is greatly appreaciated.
