bluetooth with 8051

hiz
i want to have communication between my PC and microcontroller (8051) using serial port RS-232,
i got an idea of using serial port bluetooth devices, which would transfer data from PC's serial port to the 8051's serial port.

is there any issue regarding this type of communication ?
plz any body tell me if this type of communication is possible or not.
