Parrit DriveBlue + Orange SPV C500

I have a Parrot DriveBlue handsfree car kit and an Orange SPV phone. I
cannot find out how to couple them. I have successfully paired them and if I
press the dial button, the system appears to recognize my voice shortcut (as
programmed into the phone) but it always dials the same wrong number. I have
a number of questions -
a) Has anyone got this combination to work?
b) Can anyone recommend a voice dial handsfree kit that actually does work.

I haven't asked Parrot support because last time I had a query, they were
totally useless!
