Default Question ? Wi-Fi/GPRS/CDMA enabled PDA

If I have a Wi-Fi/GPRS/CDMA enabled PDA running on windows ce.net, can it act as a Wi-Fi 802.11 access point????

I would like to use it to communicate via Wi-Fi 802.11 to a Wi-Fi client such as a laptop or pda and then have it push data that it has recieved from that Wi-Fi client (laptop or pda) to a server on the internet via GPRS or CDMA???

Not sure if this can be done?........ any help or direction would be appreciated......
