Motorola 850, Slvr 6, drops connection shortly after connect

I am having a confusing problem with my HS850 and my Slvr6, where when I attempt to connect, it will, but then shortly after it will disconnect. Mind you, I haven't moved, its a matter of seconds.

It specifically says connect, it does connect and then drops the connection.

Ideas? Thoughts?
