automatic detection of bluetooth devices

Hi
I have a blue tooth dongle installed on my machine
I want a such utility or a solution using that I can detect the all devices in range of 10-20 meter autimatically . (means the bluetooth dongle connected to my pc is automatically polling for bluetooth devices after some 10 -15 sec. )

is it possible using J2ME or .net bluetooth API
