Question Slow dialup via Bluetooth / Nokia 6810.

Can anybody help please?

I am trying to connect my laptop via bluetooth to my nokia 6810 to use dial up networking.

I have a PCMCIA Belkin Bluetooth adapter (F8T002), installed all the software as per the manual, bluetooth manager then searches for devices.

I found the nokia 6810 and paired the devices. I then choose dial up networking to connect via a free 0845 ISP. The nokia accepts connection and then dials.

Once connected, any internet browsing is extremely slow, practically unusable. The same ISP and phone number is much faster is i use the internal cable modem, but not very useful when I am travelling !

For info, network properties in XP show the connection via the nokia as connecting at 115kbps?

Thanks in advance, Mick
