Bluetooth application law
Hi!
I am software developer and am working on Java to create a software for communication between PC & mobile phones with bluetooth.
The application will be sent from the PC to the handset via. bluetooth. The user works on the application on the hadset and sends the SMS to the PC.
The handset will be communicating with the PC via. SMS
My query: Is there any Federal law that does not allow this type of communication to happen? If yes, what is it?
