IPAQ 4705 Trying to Connect to Home Network

I have an IPAQ 4705 and am trying to connect it to a home wireless network. The network is WEP secured in a 64 bit key. I have been able to connect the IPAQ to other secured networks when the network was in 128 bit key.

Why can't I get the IPAQ to connect with 64bit?
