Default Infected Bluetooth files
My Bluetooth SW on my HP Pavilion dv2000 laptop has stopped working after AVG Anti-Spyware removed the following two infected files:

Bluetooth Exchange Folder\w5ywpsxe6.sis
Bluetooth Exchange Folder\jlaoxka.sis

AVG Anti-Spyware says both are infected with Worm.Comwar.a

I have been all over the net to find information, but to no avail. Moreover, I can't find any way to reinstall the SW on my laptop. Where can I find the files and how to reinstall them..?
