simple application to send text memos to a phone

hi...

what i am looking for is a simple free application for windows..

all it is is a textbox that allows you to type out a message..

then you can search for a bluetooth receiver and send them that text as a memo or note..

simple as that..

does anyone know of any software that can do this and is free..
