Bluphones problem

If someone could help me I'd be most grateful!

My problem is that I have a gear4 Bluphones headset, I have tried to set it up through my bluetooth dongle for my vista pc but cannot get it to work correctly.

I've downloaded a program from anycom that is supposed to help with the problem, it recognised i had a headset but still cannot get audio. Any ideas?
