Default Need BT to mute home stereo

Hello, all.
I need a bluetooth device that will connect to my home stereo and will mute my music when my cell rings.
I need a module that will provide a simple contact closure when a paired device (phone) receives a call. That would be perfect.
If I need to, the some sort of device to take audio inputs and send them out to my stereo, and when a call comes in the device will interupt the audio signal.
Does anyone know of anything even remotely close to what I need?
Thank you for any comments.
-Sachmo.
