do you use motorola's phone to pair with motorola headset? if so, should be ok, but if you are using other brands mobile phone, may have compatible problems, like some bluetooth headset cannot pair with certain model of mobile phones, (most sony ericsson mobile phones have problems, because they use their own softwares).
