CECT P186 Iphone Clone

Can anyone help with a perplexing problem?
I have just bought this Iphone clone. Pretty nifty, touch screen, MP3/4...etc..

I can "see" the phone via my PC's bluetooth dongle. I can connect to it with my other phone (Samsung D500) but I can't get it to discover my bluetooth headset. In fact, I've tried three different headsets with no luck. I have used the "device discovery" setting in the phone as well as "discover audio device" setting. I have checked all the permission settings and they seem to be okay.

Any ideas from anyone?
