How to Reduce Bluetooth range ?

Hello,

i've been searching for class 3 (low range) dongle without success, at least with the specs that i need.
i've have seen many projects on how to boost the range of a Bluetooth dongle with a 2.4 Ghz antenna.
i would like to know how to reduce the range of a dongle.

Can anyone give me some pointers ?
