I need to know about blue casting (bluetooth marketing devices) which are available in the market. now i intend to develop a blue casting device. so i need to know what exactly i should use like :
1.which bluetooth transmittor should i use
2.on which platform should i write the code for software
Actually my project is to develop a blue casting device let me elaborate clearly:
If i put a blue casting device in a mall it should be checking if any mobile is with in its range then immediately a sms would be going to the mobile asking the permission if he would like to receive sms. if the user clicks yes then again the promotional sms will be recived by the user.
So plz if anyone know about this project letme know hot to do this

This does already exist cos I was a victim of it in an airport or somewhere similar. Must be more information out there?
