Jensen WBT310 not connecting.

I have an Audiovox ppc 6600 and im trying to get it to connect to my Jensen WBT310. So, i set up the partnership. Nothing wrong there. But when i try to actually connect to it. It opens the little window for a second, and closes. I check my connections and theres nothing there. No outgoing or incoming. Help?
