340 Plantronics Explorer Major issues
Hi!
I recently bought a 340 Plantronics explorer bluetooth headset, which I intend to use with my laptop. So far so good?
Well, I am having major issues with it. The first one I bought had to be returned, since it plain wasn't working. And the second one I was given as a replacement... Well, maybe I just don't get how it works. Let me tell you.
The first time I power it up (after fully charging it for two hours as written in the handbook), everything works fine. It gets recognized by my laptop, I can use it... The works. I successully pair it.
The problems begin right after: I power it off. And then I simply cannot power it back up. The led does light up when I put it on the charger, but no matter how long or how I try to press the button to power it back up, the led just won't go blue. I tried unpairing it with my laptop by erasing the connection in the bluetooth manager... No dice.
Is there some other arcane way I should try to go at it, or is it just plain broken? I mean... It seems strange that it would be broken, since the led does light up when recharging (the first one, the broken one, wouldn't even light up when charging).
