Disabling sniff mode for HID profile
I've been wrestling with a BT-600 mouse for a little while now, trying to figure out a way to keep it from idling after 5 seconds (very annoying in the middle of a game).
From what i can tell, this should be possible, implementation of custom HID profiles is supported in the core spec, but i am at a loss as to how to do this. I've come to grips that there isn't a magic executable that will simply whisk away the offending sniff mode, so at this point i'm ready to do some driver hacking. Any help would be appreciated.
