Default Samsung PC Studio

I have not been able to get Samsung PC Studio on my Windows XP2 Laptop to connect to my Samsung E250 phone via Bluetooth (dongle). The phone is paired and does connect with the computer directly, though as yet I have only found how to send photos to (not from) the Laptop, nothing else. It may be this and the absence of contact with PC Studio is due to my not having found how to configure the Bluesoliel software properly --- there seems to be a lot to do which as yet I don't understand. Can anyone familiar with Bluesoliel suggest simple steps to follow?

Default Bluetooth Manager

According to Windows Help and other sources there is supposed to be a utility for managing Bluetooth in Windows XP. I have not been able to find it (eg. in Accessories / Contral Panel Networks etc) either by following the address given in Help or by search / find. Can anyone tell me where it might be?

I now have Bluetooth working through Bluesoliel and Samsung software BUT the Windows SP2 Bluetooth facility appears not to function at all.
