Pairing bluetooth

hi i bought "Cellular Line" Bluetooth headset for my NOkia N73. I have no idea what to do in order to make bluetooth function. according to the instructions one needs to pair it with mobile but my mobile says that it isnt finding any devices (i tried bluetooth with 3 mobiles and still dont work). what do i have to do to make bluetooth work??
