Default Buy a bluetooth chip

I would like to use Bluetooth to develop my own remote data design but am unable to find a blue tooth chip for sale. (At least for a reasonable price) If I can buy a blue tooth headset for $29 then I should be able to buy the transmitter/receiver chip for $5??

Does anyone know where you buy these chips?

Thanks

I work at a Bluetooth product factory (we use CSR bluetooth chip), we have chips, but we don't really sale it, even you have it, you have to have a development tool kit to do the programming...and normally development kit cost a lot of money, like 5000 USD, include software BlueLab...so I don't know what exactly you want to do, but developing a chip is not cheap !
