Re-connect phone audio gateway and PC automatically?

I have a Belkin FT8013 Bluetooth USB Adapter and the drivers installed on my PC. I use the Audio Gateway profile to connect to a Samsung SGH-A737 phone. I can connect from the PC successfully, but when I power cycle the phone, the connection is lost. The phone is powered up and down during automated testing. Is there any way I can have the PC automatically re-connect to the phone after it is turned off and on again? Thanks!
