Default BtTuner, WDM TvTuner error

I keep getting the following error in my Event Viewer under 'System'

The BtTuner, WDM TvTuner service failed to start due to the following error:

The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it
has no enabled devices associated with it.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

I did install software for a BT Dongle I purchased a few months ago, but
have long since removed the software. I keep getting the above message
daily in my Event Viewer and don't know what to do to fix it. The link for
more information doesn't help me much either.

Any ideas? Is it BlueTooth software that is still in registry? I don't
have a TvTuner card for info.

Default Re: BtTuner, WDM TvTuner error

BtTuner is the brooktree tuner device, WDM TvTuner is related to same, both
are from a TV Capture card, neither are related to Bluetooth.
