Default Bluetooth Profiles? Newbie Question

I recently brought a Bluetooth USB Adapter, and i've installed the software on there, which was IVT BlueSoleil 5.0. (uses Integrated System Solution Corp.(ISSC) Chip) It says the adapter has 6 services. It says the adapter supports Bluetooth Advanced Audio Service which im not sure what this is.

However the icon for Bluetooth Headset/Microphone is grayed out. (Which i guess the USB Adapter doesn't support it)
It says on the box, it should support Bluetooth Headset.... how do i enable this?

The bluetooth adapter is compliant to bluetooth 2.0
I want to be able to use the Headset function, which will allow me to use my bluetooth hand-free on my PC.... If its simply the adapter doesn't support it, then is there any ways to force it to support? or how would i be able to find an adapter that does support it?

Which profile will i exactly need to be able to do this?
Also is there any other software i can use to get this thing to work?
