Where to get firmware upgrade

I have the Jabra BT135 Bluetooth Headset. Even at the highest volume setting I find it's not very loud. In particular, when it indicates that there's an incoming call the chime is very low. Thought maybe a firmware upgrade would allow for higher volume. Does anyone know where I can get it?
