Default You Call THIS An Improvement?

Looks like the "My Account" portion of the Cingular web site is back
up. The first change I noticed is that I now log in with my mobile
phone number instead of my username. Once inside, the information is
still wrong - instead of one phone at $39.99 and two more at $9.99
each, I see three phones at $39.99 each. When looking at "My Rate
Plan" I now see an (incorrect) summary instead of the exceptionally
detailed information that was there previously.

Why is it so hard for these web programmers to get the information
from the computers that the phone reps use and put it on the web? What
a bunch of incompetent fucks!!

Cingular is working hard to make the website more mainstream for all us as
with any upgrade there will be glitch it just part of upgrading

If done properly, there wouldn't be any glitch.
It's not that hard to do it right.

How can you call it a "glitch" that is "just part of upgrading" when
the same problem existed BEFORE the upgrade?
