Creating "Accessories" menus

Hi all,

I want to create a small app to allow me to use my BT SE phone to control
the media player on my PDA, much in the way you can on the PC/MAC.

Anyone know how to create those custom menu entries in "Accessories" like
what PC Control does? Ive snooped on the COM port so have an idea... But
more complete info would be much more desireable.
