Tmobile SE T610 Firmware Upgrade

I sent in my T610 for firmware upgrade to get synchml support 3 weeks
ago. I sent it in with R1S001 and it came back with R1S001 and they
claim that it is the latest firmware for my "varient" of phone.

Tmobile says that firmware upgrades are available. I spoke to a
supervisor and they say the latest firmware was flashed.

Obviously it wasn't and I still lack synchml support.

Anyone have any ideas of how to get through to SE support that R1S001
isn't the newest firmware????

I once took my phone to a CPW service centre only to find they hadn't
touched it at all and it was obvious. Also they claimed what was on it must
be the software already downloaded (which isn't possible as this was the
first release on my phone.)
